About This Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering cutting-edge AI financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and experience managing technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Implement and improve project management processes and tools
- Track and report on project metrics and KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or AI
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
