About This Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering cutting-edge AI financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and experience managing technical projects.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Implement and improve project management processes and tools
Track and report on project metrics and KPIs

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or AI
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
